The mission of Redefined Women Empowerment, Inc.is to create effective female leaders in rural communities through building networks that inspire intellectually, spiritually, and physically.
VISION
Redefined Women's Empowerment Inc. strives to create a holistic and inclusive environment that equips women with the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive. Through education, professional development, adequate resources, and advocacy, we aim to alleviate barriers, challenge stereotypes, and cultivate a culture of success for women in rural areas.
STRATEGIC GOALS - 2026
STRATEGIC GOAL #1 - EDUCATION AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT: Increase the enrollment of women from the Barnwell County rural community in education and skill development programs by 10%, establish two vocational training workshops, and support at least 15 women in pursuing higher or technical education, which will result in an overall increase in women occupying leadership roles within the community.
STRATEGIC GOAL #2 - ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT: Facilitate the establishment of at least one microfinance initiative, conduct business and professional development training for a minimum of 100 women, and provide mentorship to 50 women entrepreneurs. Increase the number of women-owned businesses actively operating in the Barnwell County area by 10%, leading to a measurable 10% growth in the average income generated by women participants in the program.
STRATEGIC GOAL #3 - LEADERSHIP AND ADVOCACY: Engage a minimum of 50 women in leadership development programs, where they receive training in community organizing and public speaking skills. Increase women's active participation in local decision-making processes by 20%, resulting in at least five women assuming leadership roles within community initiatives focused on improving economic stability.
STRATEGIC GOAL #4 - SOCIAL AWARENESS AND GENDER EQUALITY: Execute a minimum of three community outreach campaigns, workshops, and seminars involving men, community leaders, and local influencers that focus on gender equality and fostering a supportive environment for women's empowerment reaching a combined audience of 150 individuals and aiming for at least a 20% increase in the number of attendees who exhibit a better understanding of gender equality and reduced adherence to harmful stereotypes.
